For 20 years, K. E. Gregg (Kathryn) has helped leaders clarify and achieve their goals. Her work includes venture and private equity-backed C-suites, Olympians and professional athletes, entrepreneurial artists, special forces military, multimillion dollar fundraising campaigns, and members of U.S. Congress. As an advisor and coach, she prioritizes well-being, elevating mindset and skillset to unlock lasting transformation. Her custom, purpose-driven methods harness the power of communication (inner, interpersonal, and written) to accelerate results. Kathryn is passionate about sharing her expertise in grounded, calming ways that bring out the best in individuals and teams. In 2021, Kathryn founded Amant House, an independent publishing house, to release her debut novel, Paradise City, a literary work of philosophical fiction. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. from UCLA Law with admission to the State Bar of California.
After 16 years in Los Angeles, Kathryn is spending 2025 on the East Coast.
