Kathryn’s custom methods meet leaders in their strength, expanding key drivers of growth: mindset, skillset, resilience, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Above all, she values her clients’ well-being, offering holistic guidance that bridges personal and professional development. 

In 2021, Kathryn founded Amant House to release her debut novel, Paradise City, a literary work of philosophical fiction that facilitates self-mastery. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, earned her J.D. from UCLA Law with admission to the California Bar, and is a Certified Mastery Method Coach (ICF accredited program).
