About K. E. Gregg

For two decades, Kathryn has helped executives, founders, and leaders clarify and achieve their goals. Her experience includes venture and private equity-backed C-suites, Olympians and professional athletes, entrepreneurial artists, military special operations operators, and members of U.S. Congress.

Part advisor, part coach, Kathryn fuses targeted strategy with self-mastery. Known for rapidly reading new environments, she distills complex challenges to their actionable essence. She then illuminates the path forward, accelerating results through two deliberate practices: (1) drawing on wisdom from across disciplines; and (2) harnessing the power of communication (inner, interpersonal, and written).

Kathryn is passionate about sharing her expertise in grounding ways that bring out the best in individuals and teams. Her purpose-driven methods are equally rigorous and restorative, strengthening the fundamentals of growth—mindset, skillset, resilience, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Above all, she values her clients’ well-being and offers guidance that unites personal and professional success.

In 2021, Kathryn founded Amant House to publish her debut novel, Paradise City, a literary work of philosophical fiction. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, earned her J.D. from UCLA Law with admission to the California Bar, and is a Certified Mastery Method Coach (ICF accredited program).

About Her Impact

A C-suite executive, newly backed by private equity, transformed boardroom nerves into poised command, developing presence and communication that instills confidence at every level.

A U.S. Special Operations operator mastered stillness between peaks, steadying emotional rhythm, doubling fulfillment, and bringing calm command from mission to home.

A rising VP broke through self-sufficiency’s ceiling, actively evolving into a true collaborator who gained immediate relief, meaningful mentorship, and a six-figure raise.

An Olympic gold medalist silenced external noise, deepened self-trust, and balanced grit with heart-centered vision to secure a new dream and a sense of self deeper than any achievement.

A private equity firm witnessed rapid, noticeable, and meaningful C-suite transformations—an investment in talent that they are certain will pay dividends for years to come.
